JOB SUMMARY:
The Recruiter/Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for performing HR-related duties. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: general administration, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment and employment law compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct interviews to meet the staffing needs of multiple business units.
Collaborate with department managers to efficiently complete the recruitment process.
Facilitate various aspects of the recruiting process including setting up testing system, scheduling, interviews and hiring.
Timely creation and distribution of recruiting documents; to shared with management and clients
Manage job boards and application platforms
Ensure interview schedules are adhered to and followed
Assist in the development and implementation of programs that will drive increased staffing satisfaction.
Identify and initiate human resource process improvements.
Conduct new employee orientations and assist in orientation scheduling and preparing new hire packages.
Maintain human resource databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems in conjunction with other HR personnel.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
Should have at least 3 years of HR Experience
Experience in BPO Recruiting
Strong communication skills (oral/written)
Strong customer relations & presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. Experienced with Google Docs
Excellent time and project management skills.
Adaptability to learn a variety of software programs.
Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.
