STORE MANAGER

 

An Established Retail Chain which has been in business for over 30 years is offering an exciting opportunity to an experienced Store Manager for its Montego Bay Branch.

Attractive salary package in excess of $3,000,000.00 per annum

MAIN FUNCTIONS

This leadership position requires the Manager to have a passion for the operational functions and the development of people.  Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

-       Cash Management

-       Stock Management

-       Personnel Management

-       General Management duties

-       Establish rapport with potential and actual customers

-       Sales promotion, display, manage layout and esthetics of store

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

-          At least 4 years’ experience at a senior management level

-          Demonstrate high integrity, creditability and confidentiality

-          First degree in management studies would be an asset
